Our views on a wide variety of topics may be poles apart, but your seemingly extrapolating this into a belief I wish you physical harm is somewhat disturbing.
It would no doubt come as a surprise to those who do, but if you believe it to be unsafe to take a combination of Mirtazapine and Amitriptyline, then simply don't. It does, however, remain clear you have anger management issues, for which a little 'chilling out' would no doubt be beneficial.
Would yoga and/or transcendental meditation be more to your liking?
