Having been using Simple Remote (ex Roomie) fine for a few years it looks like I now need to look for a replacement. 'Simple' is a £20 yearly subscription where as their replacement (Roomie V6) is around £45. Does anyone use anything else as useful to control everything over TCP and have any suggestions for an Apple app? I don't mind paying, just not that amount.

I moved from Pronto TSU6000 and TSU9600 partly due to the effort in maintain the user interface, and hardware failing. 'Simple' was a learning curve and has been working great for the past few years but seems to be pricing itself out the market (my market anyway).
