The "whistleblower" isn't a witness(and is apparently imaginary), and Yovanovitch committed perjury when she denied knowledge of quid pro Joe and crackhead Hunter's shenanigans surrounding the Burisma fiasco and lied to congress during Shifty Schiffs hearings...
