One more small issue to get it to work for me. I have to first manually launch Windows Mobile Device Center and connect the remote, THEN launch the MX-3000 Editor software to get it to see the remote. You also need to quit the MX-3000 software before you connect a second remote (I have a few, thanx eBay!), connect the remote, then relaunch Editor. Tedious but at least it is working well in Windows 10 when I follow the steps outlined here.
