Hi!! I have the same issue!! MX-880 everywhere and on the back it says MX-810. All my 880s work except for that one that looks like an older version.
What driver did you use to connect it to CCP? Where can I get it from?

the mx810 is a different remote and uses a wizard based software to configure it.
