You're not going to get that, probably ever. In the case of the AppleTV 4K, the remote is Bluetooth and the mic button uses a mic built-into the remote to transmit what you say back to the AppleTV. There's nothing open standard about that, it's all very much Apple proprietary, and as such unlikely to be integrated into anything but another AppleTV-specific remote.
