Thanks for the reply. I wasn't there when the upgrade happened but from what I can tell I still have all three processors, two are still running and the one that was removed is offline. I could download the program off of each one...

Anyways, My other question is if it was in slave/master mode and a master couldnt connect to a slave, could the operations that are running on the other slaves that are still active run from the touchpads? Or if the system is missing a slave (or other component such as cnx-pad8) will the whole thing quit.
Just trying to see if i could do the fix myself ( if its not requiring reprogramming), to save $50k in upgrade costs.

Or if using intersystem comm, if one processor went down, would the other programs and other two processors still provide their services?

I managed to get crestron toolbox so i will be checking the error message tomorrow.

Also I went in and looked at the other devices.
