Hi, cosmicvoid - No, I hadn't heard about the Win10-1709 USB issues. It's probably the cause (or, at least related). The "Pronto Control Panel" does show up in my Device List when I connect the TSU-9600.
Unfortunately, KB4090913 didn't fix the problem. PEP3 still crashes when I try to download to the remote.
I really appreciate the help, tho! I'll be hunting for USB-related fixes.
