As a test, I used my Wayback Machine to go back to Win10 v1703. PEP3 worked perfectly again.
When I reloaded last night's PC image of Win10 v1709, PEP3 crashes every time when downloading again.
Is anybody else using PEP3 on recent Win10 v1709 PCs? (If you type "ver" in a CMD prompt, you'll see something like: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.16299.248])
