I am in a quandry and I need some bailing out...

I have this wonderful home theatre system, Bose 3-2-1 GSX with dvd player and tuner with analog rca component plugs, s-video and one optical digital out port.

We just purchased this beautiful state of the art oled tv with ONLY hdmi, usb, one composit to yellow video, and a digital optical port (what I am currently using.

I would like to be able to use them together but I can't figure out how. I've had Geek Squad out here, and LG service and spoken to numberous people about this situation.

I would like to get as many opinions as possible on what to do, and how to do it. Many that I've spoken to say to replace my 3-2-1 system with a sound bar. If that is what you recommend, give me some suggestion(s) about which I should buy (under $500, please) and why.
