Good morning I have been using Universal Remote MX3000 for many years. I have the programming guide and programming soft wear. For some reason my soft wear is corrupted in that the macro programming feature is grayed out as well as all files associated with it. I am 85 and no longer enjoy programming the remote. We watch a lot of TV as it is our main form of entertainment.

Could you give me the information that I need to contact a professional programmer. WE live about have way between St. Louis and Kansas City. Could you also give me a rough idea how much that service would cost. We are both retired and on a fixed income but really would like to have our TV back.

BTW, what would cause the program to lose the macro feature?
