I'm an end user and DIYer, not an integrator. But I do understand your point and sympathize with you. In the grand scheme of things, $45 is a drop in the bucket. However, out of principle, I simply cannot pay more to control a given device than I paid for the device itself, at least not in the consumer electronics realm. That's all I'm saying.
