Thanks for the prompt response; the product I was making reference to is "SMART board interactive flat panel", Model SPNL-4084. Here is a link to some specs:

Although I'm indeed from Uruguay, I work mainly in Argentina, since there is a broader integration market. I've contacted SMART representatives in the region and there seems to be a lack of interest for this kind of support; I use mainly Pronto Hex codes, and use a tiny utility (Vert) to convert these to AMX or Crestron format - since the standalone IR editing apps for AMX and Crestron are no longer supported (and some of these do not work in newer versions of windows). I usually capture IRs with RTI's IR kit (very nice IR management and easy Pronto Hex availability), and convert to the other formats as needed.

I'm no IR expert, so I'm not sure as how to generate all possible IR codes to test at the client's site; It seems to be the best approach - so if there is some kind of utility that can do this I'd be grateful for any info on that. I'll post the only two commands I have now - since I suppose there is header data and info that is needed to generate such commands (and maybe someone con shed some extra insight with these).
