How does one download a set of codes to the remote? Does it have a usb in or something or what?

Also please explain "Finally, if a custom set of codes is required, we can generate those with the RMIR software and upload those to the remote"

If you have time, could you also advice on this remote (it learns codes) that I have thought of buying (it does not have in-built IR codes)
