The Loxone format is not very clear, but I'm going to make the assumption that fields listed as "C:" are bit strings which do not vary among the various functions. Then the overall signal is 136 bits in length (17 bytes), noting that S:1 evidently means an 8 bit checksum.
I recognize the first part of the signals: 1100 0100 1101 0011 0110. This is the beginning of a Kaseikyo IR protocol, where 1100 0100 1101 0011 are the OEM identifiers for Mitsubishi, and 0110 is the XOR of the first 4 nibbles. So this is a 136 bit version of Mitsubishi-K. That means the Loxone documentation has left out the details of the frequency, the lead-in, and the lead-out.
However, the Pronto Hex you've linked to is not Mitsubishi-K, and it is only 52 bits. So we have no info on the Power-Off signal for your air conditioner.
