Well, while they both may bring up Pandora, the two signals aren't the same. These are Pioneer 234.194 functions 75 and 203 for "Netflix" and functions 82 and 210 for "Pandora".
BTW Pioneer is identical to NEC2 except Pioneer is 40KHz and NEC2 is 38KHz. Ernie's learns decode as NEC2 while phattire72's decode as Pioneer. I believe that the correct frequency is 38KHz.
