Did you find a solution to this problem

After 10 years, have I the same problem with my Neo :(
I have tried:
- Re update of firm ware
- Re install af NCF file
Everything seems to work allright, except there is no IR-output.

I have a lot of discrete codes inside, which I really miss.
Hope to find a way to wake it up again.
