this one?) I believe they are discussing the learning/inputting of DV7600 codes to a URC (MX-800) remote. As for RC1400 "hexcodes input" I'm not aware of such and would be grateful for a link.
The RC3200 may indeed be a better option, but I know nothing about. Questions about this remote are best asked
here, though I see you already have.
