Here is what I'm dealing with in the family: There is a 55" TV over the fireplace, but there is still about 12-14" on either side of the TV and a lot of room over the top of the TV.

And yes, we've been very pleased with SES. They do the sound and security prewires for us and then deal directly with the customer getting them set up with whatever equipment/systems they desire. We don't act as middle man on that since the equipment is installed after closing, but we have heard nothing but positive things from our customers about them and have had customers specifically request them to do the AV work on any remodel/additions we have done for our previous customers.
