Folks, I have a basic system and am seeking help building a macro to use it again, following the replacement of my MX 900. I'm learning, but struggling to build the macro to operate it to simply watch cable TV, and occasionally use a DVD.

I have a Motorola DCH 3416 DVR box for my Comcast service, viewed through an LG 42 PC5D, with a Phillips DVP 5960 DVD player. I'm using the RFX 250 RF Sensor - the hardware is hidden in shelving away from TV in family room.
The cable is set up through Component 2; the DVD through Component 1.

I'm trying to restore family sanity by recreating the program to help me watch TV via cable (and use DVR features) with a simple on/off macro.
