You can perform this image toggle on floating images that are not affixed to a particular button as alluded to in the linked post above. If you simply want to change a floating image, there's no need to include an alias to the image in the source button macro - simply changing the variable state will cause the image to change.

Quick question. How do you "alias an image" on the mx-980. I can alias macros, I can copy images I can move images, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to alias an image. I feel I must be missing the obvious.

BTW - I understand to do the above you don't have to alias an image, but I would still like to understand how its done. Thanks.
