Good grief......I downloaded the most recent firmware...
The battery was charged.

it asked me if I wanted to keep my current configuration, I said yes, and it said it ran to completion, and when it was done, my RC9500 would not even turn on/wakeup!!!!!!

I tried unplugging the battery and plugging back in. Nothing!

So I ran it again....it said it could not retrieve my configuration file, and if I updated the firmware it would be overwritten. I said go ahead, it communicated and said that is uploaded the firmware but it still would not wake up.

I then tried to upload my most current configuration and wizz it could not communicate.

Any suggestions? At least before it worked!
