your better off talking to some AV installers in London or on the outskirts.
im sure if you give them the breif above they would beable to sort you out, if i was to do your job here it would be around $4600 is around 2300 uk pounds and the Apple TV with firecore installed would be a good choice, can be controlled via ethernet.
You have most of the devices you need , even though they are not upto date you should be able to get a good result..
