The are only 256 unique EFCs, which are UEI's attempt to encode and obscure the actual function numbers. So it really only makes sense to search on the range 0-255. You can do the entire set in less than an hour.
I hoped that the digits you have found would lead us to the others, but the function numbers don't follow much of a trend. 1 ---7 2----3 3----15 6----77 7----6 8----2 9----14 It's tempting to think that 4 and 5 would be 65 and 69. If so, the EFCs would be 168 and 169.
