I have a newer computer; XP 32 bit, with 4 USB ports. I need to know what RS-232 to USB adapter I need; to work on the RC9200 and older remotes. Because everytime I try to upload, an error appears.

Error: "Device not Connected"
Than I click on details, and there is no details. I am not sure why it is not uploading. Is there a problem with the chord or remote? I'm sure I have the right programs to program the remotes.
